This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the WAYBILL website, located at the domain name https://way-bill.ru/, may obtain about the User while the User is using the website.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Website Administration" (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") — authorized employees responsible for managing the website who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.

"Processing of Personal Data" — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, whether or not by automated means, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" — a requirement, mandatory for the Operator or any other person who has gained access to personal data, to prevent the dissemination of such data without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal grounds.
1.1.5. "Website User" (hereinafter referred to as the "User") — a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.
1.1.6. "Cookies" — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time the user attempts to open a page on the corresponding site.
1.1.7. "IP address" — a unique network address of a node in a computer network based on the IP protocol.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. Use of the site by the User constitutes agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms regarding the processing of the User's personal data.
2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must cease using the site.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the WAYBILL site. The Site Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites that the User may visit via links available on the site.
2.4. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the site User.

3. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration regarding non-disclosure and the protection of the confidentiality of personal data provided by the User at the request of the Site Administration during site registration or when placing an order for services.
3.2. Personal data authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out feedback forms on the WAYBILL site and includes the following information:
3.2.1. the User's surname, first name, and patronymic;
3.2.2. the User's contact telephone number;
3.2.3. email address;
3.3. The Site protects Data that is automatically transmitted during the viewing of ad units and when visiting pages containing the system’s statistics script (a "pixel"):

• information about the browser (or other software used to access ad displays);
• access time;
• the address of the page where the ad unit is located;
• referrer (the address of the previous page).
3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Site that require authorization.
3.3.2. The Site collects statistics regarding its visitors' IP addresses. This information is used to identify and resolve technical issues.
3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (browsers used, operating systems, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-disclosure, except in cases provided for in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.

4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1. The Site Administration may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:

4.1.7. Notifying the Site User regarding the status of an Order.
4.1.8. Processing and receiving payments, confirming tax status or tax benefits, disputing payments, and determining the User's eligibility for a credit line.
4.1.9. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support regarding issues related to usage.
4.1.10. Providing the User—with their consent—with product updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other details on behalf of the Site or its partners.
4.1.11. Conducting advertising activities with the User's consent.
4.1.12. Granting the User access to partner websites or services for the purpose of obtaining products, updates, and services.

5. METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without time limitation, by any lawful means, including within personal data information systems, whether using automation tools or without them.
5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration may transfer personal data to third parties—specifically postal services and telecommunications operators—solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the WAYBILL site.
5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized government bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. In the event of the loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration shall inform the User of such loss or disclosure.
5.5. The Site Administration shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, or dissemination, as well as against other unlawful actions by third parties.
5.6. The Site Administration, jointly with the User, shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other adverse consequences resulting from the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User shall:
6.1.1. Provide the personal data necessary for using the Site.
6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided personal data in the event of any changes to such information.
6.2. The Site Administration shall:
6.2.1. Use the information obtained exclusively for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure the confidentiality of the information; not disclose it without the User’s prior written consent; and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the User’s personal data, except as provided in Clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with standard business practices for protecting such information.
6.2.4. Block the personal data relating to the relevant User upon receiving a request from the User, their legal representative, or the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights—pending verification—in the event that inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are detected. 7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Site Administration, having failed to fulfill its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except in cases provided for in Clauses 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In the event of the loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public knowledge prior to its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party prior to its receipt by the Site Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, the submission of a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute) is mandatory.
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court of law in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4. The applicable legislation of the Russian Federation governs this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
9.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy enters into force upon its posting on the Site, unless otherwise provided for in the new version of the Privacy Policy.
